Quick and cheesy pizza roll ups made with tortillas or crescent dough, loaded with pepperoni and mozzarella. Ready in 11 minutes and perfect for snacking, parties, or fast dinners.
4 large flour tortillas (or 1 tube crescent dough)
½ cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella
20–24 pepperoni slices
1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Olive oil or melted butter (optional for brushing)
Preheat oven to 425°F or air fryer to 380°F. Line a tray with parchment.
Lay out tortillas. Spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce down the center.
Add ¼ cup mozzarella and 5–6 pepperoni slices per tortilla.
Sprinkle with seasoning. Roll tightly and place seam-side down.
Bake 8–10 minutes or air fry 5–6 minutes until golden and crispy.
Cool 1 minute. Slice and serve with dipping sauce.
