Quick and cheesy pizza roll ups made with tortillas or crescent dough, loaded with pepperoni and mozzarella. Ready in 11 minutes and perfect for snacking, parties, or fast dinners.

  • 4 large flour tortillas (or 1 tube crescent dough)

  • ½ cup pizza sauce

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 2024 pepperoni slices

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

  • Olive oil or melted butter (optional for brushing)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F or air fryer to 380°F. Line a tray with parchment.

  • Lay out tortillas. Spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce down the center.

  • Add ¼ cup mozzarella and 5–6 pepperoni slices per tortilla.

  • Sprinkle with seasoning. Roll tightly and place seam-side down.

  • Bake 8–10 minutes or air fry 5–6 minutes until golden and crispy.

  • Cool 1 minute. Slice and serve with dipping sauce.
