These Sweet Chili Chicken Wraps are fast, flavorful, and loaded with tender chicken, crunchy veggies, and a sticky-sweet chili sauce. Great for easy dinners, meal prep, or take-along lunches.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked chicken breast or thighs, shredded or sliced

  • ½ to ¾ cup sweet chili sauce

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • 1 cucumber, julienned

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced thin

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or coleslaw mix

  • Optional: cilantro, green onions, creamy drizzle (sriracha mayo or garlic yogurt)

Instructions

  1. Warm tortillas and set aside.

  2. Toss chicken in sweet chili sauce and warm slightly if serving hot.

  3. Lay tortillas flat. Add a layer of greens, then chicken, then veggies.

  4. Drizzle with sauce if using.

  5. Roll tightly into a wrap, tucking in sides as you go.

  6. Slice in half and serve or wrap for later.
