  • 1 (16 oz) package uncooked gnocchi (shelf-stable or refrigerated)

  • 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Optional: grated Parmesan, herbs, chili flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  • Toss gnocchi with oil, salt, and seasonings.

  • Place in a single layer in air fryer basket.

  • Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.

  • Serve hot with dipping sauce or tossed in butter and herbs.
