Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside—air fryer gnocchi is an easy, no-boil snack, side dish, or appetizer that’s ready in just 15 minutes.
1 (16 oz) package uncooked gnocchi (shelf-stable or refrigerated)
1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)
¼ tsp black pepper
Optional: grated Parmesan, herbs, chili flakes
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Toss gnocchi with oil, salt, and seasonings.
Place in a single layer in air fryer basket.
Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with dipping sauce or tossed in butter and herbs.
