This cheesy garlic bread is loaded with rich garlic butter and melty cheese, baked until golden and bubbling—an easy, craveable side or appetizer.
1 French or Italian loaf
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
3–5 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
½ tsp oregano (optional)
¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Pinch of salt
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
½ cup shredded cheddar
¼ cup grated Parmesan
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix garlic butter with herbs and seasonings.
Slice bread in half lengthwise and place on baking sheet.
Spread garlic butter evenly on both halves.
Sprinkle cheese blend generously on top.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, then broil 1–2 minutes until golden.
Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
