Crispy, buttery, and loaded with melty cheese, this cheesy garlic bread is the perfect side dish for pasta, soups, and hearty dinners. Ready in under 25 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 French or Italian loaf

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 34 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella

  • 23 tbsp grated Parmesan

  • Optional: olive oil, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  • Slice bread in half lengthwise. Spread garlic butter on both halves.

  • Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Broil 1–2 minutes for browning.

  • Let cool briefly, then slice and serve hot.
