This Cheesy Garlic Bread is loaded with rich garlic butter and melty mozzarella and cheddar cheese, baked to golden perfection. Perfect as a side, appetizer, or anytime indulgence.

  • 1 loaf French bread or ciabatta

  • 1/2 cup salted butter, softened

  • 34 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Optional: red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.

  • Mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, and optional seasonings.

  • Slice bread in half horizontally and place cut-side up on the baking sheet.

  • Spread garlic butter generously over the bread.

  • Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden top.

  • Slice and serve warm.
