This Cheesy Garlic Bread is loaded with rich garlic butter and melty mozzarella and cheddar cheese, baked to golden perfection. Perfect as a side, appetizer, or anytime indulgence.
1 loaf French bread or ciabatta
1/2 cup salted butter, softened
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
Mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, and optional seasonings.
Slice bread in half horizontally and place cut-side up on the baking sheet.
Spread garlic butter generously over the bread.
Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden top.
Slice and serve warm.
