Crispy, cheesy garlic chicken wraps filled with juicy seasoned chicken, melted cheese, and savory flavor — a fast and satisfying meal any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into strips

  • 23 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella + cheddar combo)

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • Optional: baby spinach, tomato slices, red onion, hot sauce, aioli

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a skillet. Add chicken, season, and cook until browned and done (6–8 minutes).

  • Add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Remove from heat.

  • Lay tortillas flat. Add cheese and chicken mixture in the center. Top with extras if using.

  • Roll into tight wraps, folding sides in.

  • Wipe skillet clean. Add a little oil or butter and crisp wraps seam-side down until golden on both sides.

  • Slice and serve hot.
