Crispy, cheesy garlic chicken wraps filled with juicy seasoned chicken, melted cheese, and savory flavor — a fast and satisfying meal any time of day.
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into strips
2–3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella + cheddar combo)
4 large flour tortillas
Optional: baby spinach, tomato slices, red onion, hot sauce, aioli
Heat oil in a skillet. Add chicken, season, and cook until browned and done (6–8 minutes).
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Remove from heat.
Lay tortillas flat. Add cheese and chicken mixture in the center. Top with extras if using.
Roll into tight wraps, folding sides in.
Wipe skillet clean. Add a little oil or butter and crisp wraps seam-side down until golden on both sides.
Slice and serve hot.
