These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are packed with garlicky chicken, melty cheese, and customizable fillings — all wrapped and grilled to crispy perfection.
1½ lbs boneless chicken breast or thighs, diced
2–3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
1½ tsp garlic powder
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Olive oil or butter
4 large flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cheese
½ cup garlic aioli or sauce
Optional: spinach, tomatoes, avocado
Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté until cooked. Add minced garlic in the last minute.
Lay out tortillas and spread with garlic aioli.
Add cooked chicken, cheese, and optional extras.
Wrap tightly, fold in sides, and roll.
Grill wraps in a skillet with oil or butter until golden and crisp on both sides.
Slice and serve warm.
