1 lb cooked chicken (grilled or shredded)
4 large flour tortillas
1 ½ cups shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend)
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
Optional: spinach, tomatoes, onions, ranch, hot sauce
In a small pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Set aside.
