1 lb ground chicken
1 cup shredded mozzarella
¼ cup grated Parmesan
1 egg
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Toppings of choice (sauce, cheese, veggies, meats)
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment and grease lightly.
In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Press mixture onto pan into a ¼-inch thick circle.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden and firm.
Add sauce and toppings. Bake an additional 8–10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Cool slightly, slice, and serve.
