This low-carb chicken crust pizza is high in protein, gluten-free, and totally customizable. A delicious, easy alternative to traditional dough for keto or grain-free diets.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or parmesan

  • 1 egg

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper

Toppings:

  • ⅓ cup sugar-free marinara

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • Pepperoni, cooked veggies, olives, etc.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  • Mix chicken, cheese, egg, and seasonings until combined.

  • Press into a thin circle or rectangle (¼ inch thick).

  • Bake for 20–22 minutes until firm and browned.

  • Add sauce, cheese, and toppings.

  • Bake again for 8–10 minutes, or until bubbly.

  • Slice and serve hot.
