This low-carb chicken crust pizza is high in protein, gluten-free, and totally customizable. A delicious, easy alternative to traditional dough for keto or grain-free diets.
1 lb ground chicken
½ cup shredded mozzarella or parmesan
1 egg
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
Toppings:
⅓ cup sugar-free marinara
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Pepperoni, cooked veggies, olives, etc.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Mix chicken, cheese, egg, and seasonings until combined.
Press into a thin circle or rectangle (¼ inch thick).
Bake for 20–22 minutes until firm and browned.
Add sauce, cheese, and toppings.
Bake again for 8–10 minutes, or until bubbly.
Slice and serve hot.
