Crack Burgers are ultra-juicy beef patties loaded with cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, and savory ranch seasoning. Grilled or pan-cooked, they’re a guaranteed hit at any table.
1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
4–6 brioche or potato buns
Optional: lettuce, tomato, pickles, ranch dressing
Cook bacon until crisp. Let cool and chop.
In a bowl, mix ground beef, cheese, bacon, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder.
Form into 4–6 equal patties. Press a small indent in the center of each.
Grill or pan-sear over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Toast buns in a skillet or on the grill.
Assemble burgers with desired toppings. Serve warm.
