A festive, flavorful cheese ball made with goat cheese, cream cheese, cranberries, and toasted pecans — perfect for holiday entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz goat cheese, softened

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup chopped toasted pecans

  • ⅓ cup chopped dried cranberries

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary, minced

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Coating:

  • ½ cup chopped toasted pecans

  • ¼ cup chopped dried cranberries

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix goat cheese, cream cheese, cranberries, pecans, herbs, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  • Form into a ball using plastic wrap. Chill for 1–2 hours.

  • Combine coating ingredients on a plate. Roll chilled cheese ball to coat completely.

  • Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving with crackers or fruit.
