Savory, bite-sized Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls are the perfect holiday appetizer or meal. Packed with herbs, juicy turkey, and sweet cranberries, they’re crisp on the outside and tender inside.
2 cups cooked shredded turkey
3 cups cooked stuffing
½ cup dried cranberries
1–2 large eggs, beaten
¼ cup grated Parmesan or sharp cheddar (optional)
¼ cup breadcrumbs or panko (as needed)
1–2 tablespoons broth (as needed)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil or melted butter for brushing
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a large bowl, mix turkey, stuffing, cranberries, eggs, cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Adjust texture with breadcrumbs or broth as needed.
Form into 1.5–2 inch balls. Place on baking sheet.
Brush lightly with olive oil or butter.
Bake 20–25 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp.
Serve warm with cranberry sauce or gravy.
