This creamy one-pot beef pasta is rich, garlicky, and made with butter, cream, and Parmesan — a fast and flavorful dinner in under 40 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 cups chicken or beef broth

  • 12 oz short pasta (penne, rigatoni, etc.)

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • ¾ cup heavy cream or half-and-half

  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large pot, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Add butter and garlic. Cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Pour in broth, then stir in pasta and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.

  • Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Stir in cream and Parmesan. Simmer 2–3 more minutes.

  • Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
