This creamy one-pot beef pasta is rich, garlicky, and made with butter, cream, and Parmesan — a fast and flavorful dinner in under 40 minutes.
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground beef
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp butter
3 cups chicken or beef broth
12 oz short pasta (penne, rigatoni, etc.)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
¾ cup heavy cream or half-and-half
¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
In a large pot, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper.
Add butter and garlic. Cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in broth, then stir in pasta and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in cream and Parmesan. Simmer 2–3 more minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
