Creamy Parmesan Garlic Beef Bowtie Pasta is a cozy, one-pan meal made with tender beef, al dente pasta, and a luscious garlic-Parmesan cream sauce. Quick, hearty, and full of flavor.
12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
1 lb ground beef or thinly sliced sirloin
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup beef broth
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes, parsley, baby spinach
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup water, then drain.
In a large skillet, heat oil. Brown beef until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter. Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Add beef broth to deglaze, simmer 2–3 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream. Simmer 3–4 minutes, then whisk in Parmesan.
Return beef and pasta to the pan. Toss until well coated.
Add reserved pasta water if needed. Season to taste.
Garnish with herbs or chili flakes and serve warm.
