Creamy Parmesan Garlic Beef Bowtie Pasta is a cozy, one-pan meal made with tender beef, al dente pasta, and a luscious garlic-Parmesan cream sauce. Quick, hearty, and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)

  • 1 lb ground beef or thinly sliced sirloin

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup beef broth

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: red pepper flakes, parsley, baby spinach

Instructions

  • Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup water, then drain.

  • In a large skillet, heat oil. Brown beef until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, melt butter. Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).

  • Add beef broth to deglaze, simmer 2–3 minutes.

  • Stir in heavy cream. Simmer 3–4 minutes, then whisk in Parmesan.

  • Return beef and pasta to the pan. Toss until well coated.

  • Add reserved pasta water if needed. Season to taste.

  • Garnish with herbs or chili flakes and serve warm.
