Crispy on the outside, soft inside—this air fryer gnocchi is an easy 20-minute snack, side, or light dinner. Tossed in olive oil and herbs, it’s golden, flavorful, and endlessly customizable.
1 lb (450g) potato gnocchi (shelf-stable or refrigerated)
1.5 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Pat gnocchi dry with a paper towel. Toss in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Place gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Optional: At the halfway point, sprinkle Parmesan over the gnocchi.
Cook until golden and crispy. Remove and garnish with herbs before serving.
