Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If your copyrighted material appears on annirecipes.com without permission, your DMCA notice must include:

  5. A statement made under penalty of perjury

  6. Your physical or electronic signature

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If your content was removed by mistake, submit a counter-notice including:

• A statement under penalty of perjury
• Consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court
• Your signature

Unless legal action is taken by the complainant, removed content may be restored.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for repeat infringers.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly submitting false DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in legal consequences.
