Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside — these cheesy pizza pockets are stuffed with sauce, melted mozzarella, and your favorite toppings. A quick, fun, and freezer-friendly meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza or crescent dough

  • ½ cup pizza sauce

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup mini pepperoni or toppings of choice

  • 1 egg (for egg wash, optional)

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F or air fryer to 350°F. Line baking sheet or spray air fryer basket.

  • Roll out dough and cut into 4–6 rectangles.

  • Spoon pizza sauce onto center of each piece. Add cheese and toppings, leaving edges clean.

  • Fold dough over and seal edges with fork. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with seasoning.

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes (oven) or air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.

  • Cool slightly before serving with dipping sauce.
