Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside — these cheesy pizza pockets are stuffed with sauce, melted mozzarella, and your favorite toppings. A quick, fun, and freezer-friendly meal.
1 can refrigerated pizza or crescent dough
½ cup pizza sauce
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup mini pepperoni or toppings of choice
1 egg (for egg wash, optional)
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375°F or air fryer to 350°F. Line baking sheet or spray air fryer basket.
Roll out dough and cut into 4–6 rectangles.
Spoon pizza sauce onto center of each piece. Add cheese and toppings, leaving edges clean.
Fold dough over and seal edges with fork. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with seasoning.
Bake for 15–18 minutes (oven) or air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
Cool slightly before serving with dipping sauce.
