Easy cheesy pizza pockets made with store-bought dough, melty mozzarella, and your favorite fillings. Perfect for quick dinners, lunchboxes, or freezer meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet refrigerated pizza dough or puff pastry

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce

  • 1 cups shredded mozzarella

  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, sausage, or vegetables (optional)

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

  • Optional: Italian seasoning, Parmesan for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.

  • Roll out dough and cut into 6–8 rectangles.

  • Add 1–2 tbsp sauce, cheese, and toppings to half of each.

  • Fold over and seal edges with a fork. Cut a slit in top.

  • Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with seasonings (optional).

  • Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and puffy.

  • Cool slightly and serve with dipping sauce.
