  • ¼ cup chopped toasted walnuts or pecans

  • 12 tsp honey or balsamic glaze

  • Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish (optional)

  • Lemon juice to brush on pears

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (optional step for baking).

  • Halve pears and scoop out core with a spoon or melon baller.

  • Brush cut sides with lemon juice to prevent browning.

  • Mix blue cheese with nuts and honey or balsamic.

  • Spoon mixture into pear centers.
