Juicy chicken and buttery potatoes slow-cooked in a creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce — an easy, comforting dinner perfect for any night of the week.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts or thighs

  • lbs baby potatoes, halved

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup chicken broth

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease crockpot. Add potatoes, then chicken.

  2. Mix cream, broth, Parmesan, butter, garlic, and seasonings. Pour over chicken and potatoes.

  3. Cover and cook on Low for 5–6 hours or High for 3–4 hours until tender.

  4. Stir gently and top with extra Parmesan and parsley before serving.
