These crispy Parmesan Mozzarella Bites are the ultimate party snack—melty cheese inside, crunchy coating outside, and perfect for dipping. Fry, bake, or air fry for an easy appetizer everyone loves.
8 oz mozzarella, cut into 1-inch cubes
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1½ cups panko or seasoned breadcrumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp oregano
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: chili flakes, parsley
Oil for frying or spray for baking
Cut cheese into cubes and pat dry.
Set up breading: flour, eggs, and seasoned breadcrumb-Parmesan mix.
Coat cheese in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs. Repeat egg and crumbs for extra crisp.
Freeze coated bites for 20–30 minutes.
