Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Firecracker Sauce:

  • ¼ cup hot sauce (like Frank’s)

  • 3 tbsp erythritol, monk fruit, or allulose

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos or low-sodium soy sauce

Garnish:

  • Green onions, chopped

  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Whisk together all sauce ingredients and set aside.

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add ground chicken, season, and cook until browned, 5–6 minutes.

  • Lower heat. Add sauce and simmer 3–5 minutes until thick and sticky.

  • Optional: Stir in 1 tsp butter for richness.

  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
