Creamy, cheesy Marry Me Tortellini with sun-dried tomatoes and garlic in a luxurious sauce — ready in 25 minutes for an unforgettable dinner.

  • 1 (20 oz) package cheese tortellini

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 34 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup chicken broth

  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh basil, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook tortellini in salted boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside.

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium. Add garlic and red pepper; sauté until fragrant.

  • Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 1–2 minutes.

  • Pour in cream and broth. Simmer, then stir in Parmesan and Italian seasoning.

  • Add tortellini to the sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until well coated.

  • Garnish with basil and serve warm.
