These soft and healthy Chicken and Broccoli Nuggets are perfect for babies and toddlers. Made with wholesome ingredients and no added salt or preservatives, they’re ideal for baby-led weaning and freezer-friendly meal prep.
1 cup ground chicken
½ cup steamed, finely chopped broccoli
1 egg yolk or whole egg
¼ cup oat flour or baby cereal
1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
Optional: pinch of garlic powder or onion powder
Steam broccoli until soft and finely chop.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Shape into small patties or nuggets.
Bake at 375°F for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway.
Cool before serving.
