Melty, garlicky, and irresistibly crisp — these cheesy garlic chicken wraps are a quick, one-skillet dinner that combines comfort food flavors in a portable, pan-toasted package.
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup shredded cheddar
4 large flour tortillas
4 tbsp softened unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes
Mix butter, garlic, parsley, and salt in a small bowl to make garlic spread.
In a separate bowl, mix chicken, cheeses, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Lay out tortillas, spread garlic butter inside each, and add chicken mixture.
Fold and roll into tight wraps.
Brush outsides with garlic butter.
Heat skillet over medium. Toast wraps 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
Rest 1–2 minutes, slice in half, and serve warm.
