A fast and flavorful stir-fry made with ground beef, tender broccoli, and a sticky honey garlic sauce. Perfect over rice or noodles for a satisfying weeknight meal.
1 lb ground beef (85% lean)
3–4 cups broccoli florets
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp oil (for cooking)
2 green onions, sliced (optional)
For the Sauce:
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)
Optional: 1 tsp minced ginger, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Steam or blanch broccoli until tender-crisp. Set aside.
Brown ground beef in oil over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.
Add garlic and sauté briefly.
Pour in sauce and simmer until thickened.
Stir in broccoli and toss to coat.
Serve hot over rice or noodles. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds.
