A fast and flavorful stir-fry made with ground beef, tender broccoli, and a sticky honey garlic sauce. Perfect over rice or noodles for a satisfying weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (85% lean)

  • 34 cups broccoli florets

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp oil (for cooking)

  • 2 green onions, sliced (optional)

For the Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)

  • Optional: 1 tsp minced ginger, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

  • Steam or blanch broccoli until tender-crisp. Set aside.

  • Brown ground beef in oil over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.

  • Add garlic and sauté briefly.

  • Pour in sauce and simmer until thickened.

  • Stir in broccoli and toss to coat.

  • Serve hot over rice or noodles. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds.
