Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles combine juicy chicken, a sweet garlic-soy sauce, and slurpable noodles in a quick, satisfying skillet meal—ready in under 30 minutes.
For the Chicken:
1 lb boneless chicken thighs or breasts, diced
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp soy sauce
1–2 tbsp oil (for cooking)
For the Sauce:
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2–3 tbsp brown sugar or honey
1 tsp sesame oil
Optional: 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
For the Noodles:
8 oz noodles (lo mein, ramen, or spaghetti)
Green onions and sesame seeds (for garnish)
Cook noodles, drain, and set aside.
Toss chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let sit 5–10 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients.
Heat oil in skillet. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Add garlic to pan and sauté 30 seconds.
Return chicken to pan and add sauce. Simmer until thick and sticky.
Add noodles and toss to coat.
Garnish and serve hot.
