  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)

  • 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or spinach

  • 1/2 cup julienned carrots

  • 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cucumber, julienned

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (optional)

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayo (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toss the cooked chicken in sweet chili sauce and set aside.

  2. Warm tortillas slightly for easier rolling.

  3. Spread a thin layer of yogurt or mayo on each tortilla.

  4. Add a scoop of chicken and top with vegetables and cilantro.

  5. Roll tightly, fold in sides, and slice in half if desired.

  6. Serve immediately or chill for up to 1 day.
