2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce or spinach
1/2 cup julienned carrots
1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 cucumber, julienned
1/4 cup fresh cilantro (optional)
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayo (optional)
Toss the cooked chicken in sweet chili sauce and set aside.
Warm tortillas slightly for easier rolling.
