1 loaf French or Italian bread, halved lengthwise
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup grated Parmesan (optional)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional toppings: chives, red pepper flak
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
